Wooden Spoon Return Policy

Our wooden spoons are designed as a light-hearted banter gift, created for laughs, stitch-ups and a bit of friendly rivalry.

We have priced our wooden spoons to keep them affordable and appealing as a fun banter gift between mates. They are intended to create laughs, stir a little friendly rivalry and be enjoyed in the spirit they were made. We hope each spoon lands exactly as intended — with plenty of laughs and a good story to go with it.

If you change your mind or the joke doesn’t quite land, we may accept returns on eligible wooden spoon orders, provided the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition.

Change-of-mind returns will incur a $5.00 restocking fee per spoon. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender and must be paid by the customer.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed minus the $5.00 restocking fee.

Custom, personalised or made-to-order wooden spoons cannot be returned for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so we can make it right.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
